  I have absolutely nothing but praise for the Odessa Home Hardware. They may be a small store but I've always had greatly superior service getting help with solving my everyday home maintenance issues. The staff truly put the 'Home' into Home Hardware.

  Went there to find painting supplies and other household items and both staff members who assisted me were friendly and courteous. Store has a good selection of household items at reasonable prices.

  I don't think I have ever dealt with 2 more ignorant people in my life. They are unprofessional, and have no idea what is going on most of the time. The older lady must be the owner otherwise she would not have a job there or anywhere for that matter, she actually stated that Kathy was in the washroom when I called once and not that she was unavailable or busy. That is extremely rude and unprofessional. I paid $38.00+ for priority mail so supposedly it can sit under Kathy's papers on her desk for almost a week. I could not even get her to call me back she kept dialing the wrong number, even though she read me the correct number when I asked. If it wasn't for the institution being beside them I am sure they would not be in business. They have ruined my day and I certainly hope this is discussed with them so their day can be ruined too.
